Mid-Year Housing Lottery - November 2, 2107

After reading the News Story, Mid-Year Housing Lottery, you should plan to come to the Campus Living Office between 9am and 4pm on Thursday, November 2, 2017 if you wis to make a room change.  Each participant in the lottery will complete a lottery form, and if applicable, a Roommate Questionnaire. If you wish to remain in your current residence hall and simply want to change rooms, please be in touch with your Area Director as soon as possible but not later than October 30, 2017. In this case, you need not participate in the Lottery.

At the conclusion of the lottery, Campus Living staff will come together to make assignments for Spring semester.  Those assignments will include students returning from abroad, or returning to the College after a Leave of Absence and any new student who plans to begin their Lewis & Clark career in the Spring semester.  Once those students are assigned, we will tackle the Lottery list.  We typically have between 30-50 resident students who choose to apply for a room change.  Resulting assignments will be finalized during the first week of December and you will be notified of the change by email.
