Board of Alumni Retreat 2016

Date: February 21, 2016 Location: Stamm Dining Room, Templeton Campus Center; Diane Gregg Pavilion; and McMenamins Edgefield

Friday, February 19th

Alumni Honors Banquet and SAA Meeting

  • 8:30am to 2:45pm - Student-Alumni Association Scholarship Interviews (SAA Committee members and other BOA member volunteers). SAA Committee Meets - Diane Gregg Pavilion

  • 3:00 pm - Edgefield Check-in Available. If you arrive early please inquire at front desk about an early check-in.

  • 4:30 pm - BOA Happy Hour for early arrivals. Meet at Jerry’s Ice House Bar (#18) at Edgefield and grab a quick drink before heading out on the Shuttle.

  • 5:15 pm - Shuttle to campus from Edgefield for Alumni Honors Banquet. Meet at circle in front of main lobby. Shuttle leaves promptly.

  • 6:30 pm - Alumni Honors Banquet, Stamm Dining Room, Templeton Campus Center

  • 9:20 pm - Shuttle from campus to Edgefield

  • 10:00 pm - Optional Late Night gathering @ Lucky Staehly’s Pool Hall (#4).

 

Saturday, February 20th
