Graduating seniors from the Economics Department are invited to join us next Monday to hear from Nadia Spira, a graduate of Lewis & Clark class of 2019, currently working as a human capital business analyst at Deloitte. In general Nadia’s job entails writing proposals, helping develop an internal digital adoption platform tool, and pro bono consulting work.
Who’s Invited: Graduating seniors
When: Monday, May 3rd (next Monday) at 2:30pm PST
Format: Nadia will begin with a short introduction and the rest of the time will be Q&A with Professor McCarthy facilitating.
Nadia graduated from Lewis & Clark in 2019 with a major in Economics and a minor in Political Science. After graduating, Nadia joined Deloitte as a Human Capital Business Analyst working with State and Local agencies to help adopt technology solutions to public needs. She has worked on teams to develop client facing training materials to help transition state agencies to new technology systems and has also had responsibility in maintaining data to support training needs as well as analyzing customer support data to prioritize and triage issues. Nadia has an interest in the intersection of technology solutions and legislative mandates/agency policy, and how different policy approaches create different surveillance needs and risks and how government agencies can ethically and innovatively serve the public best.
