Academic Integrity Tutorial

As we state in the Academic Integrity Policy, scholarly work is the heart of LC and ensuring honesty and fairness are key elements to our campus life. The Academic Integrity Tutorial (AIT) is how we ensure that all students are made aware of our policy and are fully aware of what is considered prohibited academic conduct by the College.

New students to Lewis & Clark College must complete the AIT during their first semester, with a deadline of 1 week before registration opens for the next semester. For example, a new student starting during fall semester must complete the AIT before November 1.

If a student does not complete the AIT by the deadline, a registration hold will be placed on that student’s account. The hold will be removed once the AIT is completed.

How to complete the AIT:

  • Click the link to the Moodle course: Academic Integrity Tutorial
  • Log-in to Moodle with your LC credentials.
  • Self-enroll in the course and follow the course outline.

The AIT should take less than 60 minutes to complete. Students in need of assistance to complete the AIT should reach out to the Office of Student Accessibility.

If you have technical issues with the Moodle course, please email Margaret Salstrom (msalstrom@lclark.edu).
