For First-Year Students
Welcome to Lewis & Clark!
Your first year at a liberal arts college is an opportunity to learn about fascinating new subjects, delve deeper into areas in which you already held an interest in high school, and begin exploring LC’s general education curriculum.
The College Advising Center is here to help you throughout the lead up to the spring semester, and beyond. As you work through the items on your NSO Checklist, you can start by exploring our advice in our “For First-Year Students” webpages to answer many of your questions about registration, placement exams, and which classes to choose.
In late May, you will be assigned a College Advisor, and, before the fall semester begins, you will also be matched with a Pre-Major Faculty Advisor.
Please contact the College Advising Center with any questions you have about your academic plans and progress: email your advisor in the College Advising Center or make an appointment (not sure who your College Advisor is? Check your Lewis & Clark email for this information).
College Advising Center is located in room 206 of Albany Quadrangle on the Undergraduate Campus.
