Benchmarks
The following benchmarks must be met during your undergraduate experience at Lewis & Clark to maintain good standing in Teacher Pathways and guarantee acceptance to the master’s degree program at the graduate school:
- Maintain an overall GPA of 2.75 or higher by the end of each academic year.
- Maintain an overall GPA of 3.0 or higher in your major.
- Successfully complete ED 205 Education in a Complex World with a grade of B or better by the end of your junior year. Grades in any other education-related courses completed will also be considered.
- Complete at least 20 hours of volunteer experience in a school setting before the end of your junior year. This may include work required for undergraduate education courses but should go beyond course requirements as well.
