Dear Transfer Student,

Welcome to Lewis & Clark! This webpage is specifically designed to help you make a smooth transition to Lewis & Clark College.

All of the information you need about registration can be found on the Fall Transfer page. Once you establish your LC email account and become familiar with Web Adviser, you can register for classes online at any time.

This page also includes information from the College Catalog, an Academic Schedule Worksheet, and important deadlines. There are also links to find information about Foreign Language, Quantitative and Aural Skills exams.

Other Useful Links

Transfer students all have different incoming transcripts and requirements to fulfill. Here are some of the useful links that you may want to check out as you think about your class schedule.

The Registrar has a website devoted to Transfer Student needs. Be sure to spend some time on the Fall Transfer Page.

Depending on your transferred credits and language background you may or may not have to take a foreign language to fulfill the college’s foreign language exam. You must have proficiency through the 201 level in your language. Look at the Foreign Languages Website for information on Foreign Language Exams.

The Spanish Language Exam and French Language Exam are available online now.

You may have to take the Quantitative Reasoning Exam in order to register for a math or science class. this page can also tell you if you are exempt from the exam or not.

If you are planning on taking any Music theory classes you will have to take the Music Theory and Aural Skills Exam when you get to campus. This site will help you prepare for that exam.

As a Transfer Student you may or may not have to take the core class of Exploration and Discovery.
