Commuter Student Information

It is important to us that new commuter students are able to fully participate in New Student Orientation. As non-residential students, it is often more difficult for commuter students to connect with the college by meeting people and participating in campus events. So, NSO would like to invite commuter students to be our guests during NSO. We will provide meals and housing accommodations on campus during NSO, free of charge.

You are welcome to stay with us from the afternoon of Wednesday, August 29 until 8pm on Saturday, September 1. On Sunday, September 2, continuing students will return to the Residence Halls at 9am. However, NSO events will continue Sunday and Monday throughout the day and into the evenings, and we encourage you to still participate in those activities.

We hope you will decide to stay with us during NSO. To register, please complete the registration form below by August 15, 2011. Remember to bring a sleeping bag, pillow, towel, and personal care items with you during your stay.
