While Asian Diaspora Pacific Islander (ADPI) Heritage Month is technically celebrated in May, ADPI Heritage Month is celebrated during April on most college campuses. Please join us this month in celebrating Asian American and Pacific Islander cultures. See below for our 2024 ADPI Heritage Month Celebrations featuring affinity groups across campus.

ADPI Heritage Month

*While ADPI Heritage Month is typically in May, we’re celebrating it in April with respect to the academic school year.

April 1st: ADPI Dinner #1 in the IME Suite 6:30pm. Featuring cuisine and snacks from the region of South East Asia and the Pacific Islands. RSVP here.

April 4th: Mai American Screen in Miller 102 present by the Vietnamese Student Association, The Vietnamese Portland Archive, and Asian Studies Program.
