Cooking: Noon to 1:30pm
Morning trip to Red Truck Farm and community cooking after!
Breakfast, transportation, and cooking materials provided!
Get in the spirit of the season by joining us on a pumpkin picking trip to Red Truck Farm, where you will learn about the challenges and benefits of growing food sustainably, tour the far, get hands-on harvesting demonstrations, and return to campus with kabocha pumpkins to cook instead of carve!
