Power to the People: Leadership for Justice

Thursday, January 24th at 7pm in Stamm, we will have speaker and facilitator Sarah Gonzales lead us through a workshop, Power to the People: Leadership for Justice. The focus of this evening is to inform, connect with others, and move into action within the Lewis & Clark community.  This workshop targets the student needs on campus. About Sarah Gonzales: Sarah is an alumna of the Social Justice Training Institute, a recipient of Tucson’s Top 40 Under 40 in 2006, recipient of UA Alumni’s Distinguished Citizen Award in 2008 and recipient of the Hispanic Professional Action Committee’s Lucero “Rising Star” Award in 2011.
