L&C Information Commonly Needed
This sheet includes information commonly needed in the preparation of a grant application, such as Lewis & Clark’s DUNS and Tax ID numbers, F&A rate, congressional district, and address. 

Congressional District
 The College of Arts &  Sciences is in Oregon’s Fifth congressional District (OR-005). Some fellowship applications will require you to list the congressional district of your residence. To locate your residential congressional district click here.
