LiveMocha is a social networking site devoted to language learning.  Make friends with native speakers around the world and video chat with them in the language you’re studying.  Create your own flash cards or choose from those others have already made.  Best of all, it provides free lessons in basic vocabulary and grammar in 38 different languages.  If you want access to advanced lessons, all you have to do is review other students work in your native language(s).  Alternatively, you can buy access to the advanced lessons for $10 a month or $100 a year.  This is a truly crowd sourced community of language learners.
