What is Sexual Violence?
“Sexual Violence” and “Sexual Misconduct” are blanket terms that refer to any sexual activity performed without effective consent. Under the Lewis & Clark College policy, this includes, but is not limited to: sexual exploitation including prostitution; videotaping or photographing without consent; stalking; voyeurism; intentional transmission of STIs or HIV; inducing incapacitation with the intent of rape or sexual assault; sexual harassment; sexual assault including any sexual touching, however slight; attempted and completed rape.
