Please fill in the following form so we can verify your attendance records. If your attendance is verified, we will have your alumni record created, you will receive an alumni card (Alumni Benefits), and start receiving the Chronicle, and invitations to reunions, events in your region, and Lewis & Clark news.

If you received a degree from Lewis & Clark College, Lewis & Clark Graduate School, or Lewis & Clark Law School you are an alum. Those who attended Lewis & Clark College for at least two semesters or three quarters as a degree seeking candidate are considered an alum.
