Beth Halvorsen ‘87


Beth HalvorsenBeth Halvorsen ‘87 lives in Andover, Massachusetts and  is a native Oregonian, growing up in Prineville and then graduating from Lewis & Clark
in 1987 with a B.A. in communications.  Ms. Halvorsen is currently working as a consultant in the
commercial real estate finance industry. Previously, she was an asset manager and vice president at TA Associates Realty, one of the largest privately held real estate advisors in the U.S., responsible for a 7.3 million square foot portfolio valued at $815 million. Prior to joining TA Realty, she was account executive and regional manager for EMCOR, a corporate real estate firm responsible for 2.7 million square feet of Fidelity Investments
Corporate Real Estate in MA, RI, NJ, KY, OH, NC and NY.  
Previously from Portland, Oregon, Ms. Halvorsen was senior vice president of
Norris, Beggs & Simpson, a full service commercial real estate firm. During her career, she served on the board of Portland BOMA (Building Owners
and Managers Association) and was president in 2001. She also served on the
board of the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) in Portland
and was president in 1998.   She received her CPM (Certified Property
Manager) in 1993 and her CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) in
1996 (both inactive status at this time).  

She is married to Patrick, and has 3 children.
