Retired from practicing law in December 2015. Kushner spent 20 years as a naval aviator prior to attending law school. He practiced real estate, transactional, and family law for more than 30 years, and served as municipal judge for Estacada, Oregon, from 1982 to 2004. Joe Kaufman ’87 has taken over Kushner’s Estacada practice.
