Joined Lathrop & Gage’s energy practice team in Denver as of counsel. Experienced in oil and gas title examination and litigation, Clark previously was with Fox Rothschild. Prior to that, she was an oil and gas title examination and transactional attorney and litigator at a full-service law firm. Clark has also reviewed and drafted various transactional documents ranging from oil and gas leases, ratifications, and extensions to seismic agreements and mineral deeds.
