Most meaningful leadership/service experience: My high school internship at Teen Environmental Education Mentorship.
Why I’m basically awesome: I started serving through my high school internship, Teen Environmental Education Mentorship, in the Marin Headlands. We mostly participated in environmental stewardship, which fostered my interest in environmentalism. At Lewis & Clark, I found the same passionate and driven mentality through the Student Leadership and Service Office. My interests have expanded to education, public health, and community, but service and service-learning have remained my tool to contribute and grow.
SLS initiatives: Organizing regular service-learning projects with Hacienda CDC
Strengths: Activator, Adaptable, Woo, Harmony, and Self-Assurance
