“Rocky” Campbell grew up in sunny San Diego and graduated from Lewis & Clark in 2000. He was a double major in German studies and sociology/anthropology and studied abroad in Germany. During his time at L&C he was on staff at the PioLog, KLC, and Polyglot. A Phi Beta Kappa member and Student Academic Affairs Board grant recipient, Rocky also led the German Club and co-chaired the Student Athletics Advisory Committee. As a member of the tennis team, Rocky was a two-time Intercollegiate Tennis Association - Academic All American, College Sports Information Directors of America District VIII Academic All-American, Pamplin Athletic Club Scholar Athlete of the Year, and won the Northwest Conference Sportsmanship Award.
Prior to joining the board, he was on the planning committee for his 10-year reunion and co-chaired their class gift committee, and currently serves as the Chair of the Communications Committee for the Board of Alumni.
Back home in San Diego, Rocky is the COO at Relocation Coordinates,where he oversees customer service, service partners, information technology, employee training, and all special projects. In addition to his role at Relocation Coordinates, Rocky has served as the President of the San Diego High School Foundation for the past 3 years, helps manage the business side of his mother’s writing career, and consults on a variety of for- and non-profit ventures. Prior to returning to San Diego, Rocky held different roles at Miami University and Purdue University and in the sports industry.
