Manages teams of software engineers. Started with RightNow Technologies as a programmer in 1999 in the early startup phase, and went for the ride through IPO and eventual sale to Oracle, where he currently works on consumer-facing web applications to deliver the best possible customer support experiences to his client’s customers.
