Andrea Hibbard received her MA from Georgetown University and her PhD from the University of Virginia. Her dissertation focused on English exhibition culture and the early-Victorian novel. More recently, she has been working on a book project tentatively titled Gender, Genre, and the Nineteenth-Century Spectacular Trial. She began teaching in the Lewis & Clark English department in 2006. She is also the L&C Prelaw Advisor.
