Kornfield, Ms. Susan
Susan Kornfield is a partner with the firm Bodman LLP in Ann Arbor, Michigan. Her practice focus includes the areas of intellectual property law, intellectual property litigation and internet law. She handles transactional and litigation matters and has been lead counsel in national intellectual property litigation.
Ms. Kornfield is admitted to the Illinois State Bar and Michigan State Bar. She is admitted to practice before the US Supreme Court, the US Courts of Appeals for the Sixth and Seventh Circuits, the District Courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Michigan, and the US District Court for the Northern District of Illinois.
Ms. Kornfield earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Michigan and a Juris Doctorate from the Indiana University Law School where she graduated with honors. In addition, Ms. Kornfield is an adjunct professor of intellectual property law with the University of Michigan Business School, Law School and School of Information. She is a member of numerous national, state and local bar associations and committees relating to computer law, intellectual property law and entertainment law.
