The retreat date is to be announced. Only 15 students will be able to attend this fantastic opportunity. Here’s some of the kinds of people we’re looking for:

• Self-directed, team-oriented, and leadership qualities.
• Demonstrated interest in diversity, personal identity, inclusion, social justice, or intercultural communication.
• Volunteer and/or work experience in student programming or student clubs and organizations
• Eagerness to learn about multicultural issues and intercultural communication
• Ability to interact effectively with diverse audiences from varying socio-economic backgrounds.
• Interest in becoming an ambassador for multiculturalism, diversity, and cultural competency on the LC Campus.
