Get Your Resume in Front of Employers!

The Resume Challenge is your chance to get your resume in front of employers. Resumes that meet the required criteria will be included in a book the Career Center shares with select employers and community partners. There is also a prize of $50!Submit your resume by November 17th for a chance to win!

How to Participate:

Step 1: Craft a Resume.

Step 2: Meet with a Professional (Make an Appointment!).
OR stop by RCA or PCA office hours for advice and revisions!

Step 3: Submit to the Challenge. Submit your resume online through this link between October 5th and November 17th by 5pm to be considered!


Why Participate?

Participating in the Resume Challenge is often a prerequisite for participating in other Career Center events and programs (such as PTL!). Feeling confident about your resume is a fundamental part of your career development process and serves as the foundation for many career development programs. If you are currently doing job and internship research, participating in the resume challenge can help get your resume in front of employers. When the Career Center is approached by employers and community members who are looking for qualified candidates, we will share the resume book with them.



A prize will be awarded to the best resume submitted by graduating class. In other words, the review committee will select the best resume submitted by a first year/second year student, a third year student, and a fourth year student. ALSO! Bragging Rights!
