We did it! Day of Giving results

Lewis & Clark’s first-ever Day of Giving was a great success with a total of 1,753 gifts collected between 12:01 a.m. and midnight on Tuesday, April 5. The donations totaling $172,120 unlocked the $100,000 match for a grand total of $272,120.

On-campus challenge results:
Students and CAS Student Life employees

Dean of Students Anna Gonzalez pledged:

     • $500 to the Diversity and Inclusion Fund when 100 students gave: SUCCESS! 380 gifts made

     • $500 to the International Friends Fund when 43 student life employees gave. SUCCESS! 45 gifts made

CAS faculty

Dean of the College of Arts and Sciences Catherine Kodat pledged $1,000 to the Diversity and Inclusion Fund when 63 tenured or tenure-track faculty gave. SUCCESS! 79 gifts made.

Institution-wide giving

President Barry Glassner pledged $2,000 and Provost Jane Atkinson pledged $1,000 to match every gift made by CAS, GSEC, or Law faculty or staff, dollar-for-dollar, up to $3,000.
