Professor of History Elliott Young’s opinion piece, titled “We Can Do More for Syrian Refugees” appears in the September 15, 2015 edition of The Huffington Post.

In his sweeping work, Alien Nation, Elliott Young traces the pivotal century of Chinese migration to the Americas, beginning with the 1840s at the start of the “coolie” trade and ending during World War II. In a new opinion piece published on The Huffington Post, Professor Young writes about the Syrian refugee crisis.
Young’s September 15, 2015 op-ed is titled, “We Can Do More for Syrian Refugees.”
