Are you looking for a meaningful spring break experience? Check out SLS’ Alternative Spring Break (ASB) trip to the Yakama Nation.

 

Here’s the link to the participant application, which is due Tuesday, 11/21/17.
 

Yakama Nation - Environmental Justice & Tribal Sovereignty - Meet with activists and organizations doing important work to address environmental racism affecting Native Americans and farmworkers in and around the Yakama Nation and Toppenish, WA area.

 

Student Leadership and Service’s (SLS) unique Alternative Spring Break program utilizes a critical service-learning model built on a foundation of mutually-beneficial community-campus partnerships that interrogate social injustice and pursue positive social change.
