Benjamin A. Gilman International Scholarship Program

The Gilman Scholarship Program offers awards for undergraduate study abroad and was established by the International Academic Opportunity Act of 2000. This scholarship provides awards for U.S. undergraduate students who are receiving Federal Pell Grant funding at a two-year or four-year college or university to participate in study abroad programs worldwide.
Eligibility: Applicant must be a citizen of the United States. Undergraduate student in good standing, and must receive a federal Pell Grant. Must have already been accepted to an overseas program.
Deadline: For Study abroad Spring 2017: October 4, 2016
For Study Abroad Summer 2017: October, 2016 (early). March 7, 2017
For Study Abroad Fall 2017 or Academic Year 2017-18: March 1, 2017
