PSY 105 - Perspectives in Film: Orson Welles
Taught by: Tom Schoeneman
Content: An introduction to the films of Orson Welles. We will view Welles’s major films as an international director (including Citizen Kane, The Magnificent Ambersons, The Lady from Shanghai, Touch of Evil, The Trial, Chimes at Midnight, and others) and also consider his work in radio and as a film actor. Readings will include film criticism, biography, and interviews. (May not be applied toward a major in Psychology.)
Prerequisite: None.
