“After graduating from Lewis & Clark in 2008 with a BA in art history and English, I spent a year in New York City where I divided my time between working as an analyst at a boutique private equity firm and providing project management and writing support to an assortment of nonprofit organizations in the sports, healthcare, and media sectors. My background in art history enabled me to provide art direction on a number of web and print marketing campaigns. In 2010, I returned to Portland to pursue an MA in English at Portland State University, concentrating on the British Romantics and their successors.”
