Food Service Venue Special Event Guidelines
All special events needs to be approved by Bon Appétit no less than two weeks (fourteen (14) business days) in advance.
Cancellation: If a cancellation occurs, Bon Appétit requests that at least one week (seven (7) business days) advance notice be given.
Menu Planning: Once Bon Appétit’s General Manager approves your event, you will directed to the appropriate culinary staff member to plan your event’s menu.
Setup and Production Support: Once the appropriate approvals have been given, Student Activities with get you in contact with Conferences and Events, Events A/V, and/or Performance Services.
Performers: All musicians and performers that will not be paying for their meal to enter the venue for the event must be approved by Bon Appétit no less than one week (seven (7) business days) prior to the event. For those performers who will be eating, arrangements must be made with Bon Appétit for guest passes.
Please note that your organization/department will be responsible for any expense associated with the production of your special event.
