Surviving the Grind: Coping with the Stresses of Leadership

We all have limited resources to work with: limited time, limited energy, limited focus. As we power through busy days and nights with our various responsibilities, we drain those resources. When we begin to feel spent, how do we cope with the physical, mental, and emotional exhaustions that can manifest? How can we assure that this exhaustion doesn’t inhibit our continued success? Participants in this workshop will explore different coping strategies, the limitations of those strategies, and will develop plans for how best to cope with their stressors to ensure their success.
