Adventures Close to Home: A Music Benefit
Date: April 6 2012 4:00pm Location: Templeton Campus Center - Templeton Campus Center - Stamm
Lewis & Clark is holding its first annual festival dedicated to celebrating artists of the Northwest who inspire, shred, and make ridiculously good music. Since 2001 Rock’n’Roll Camp for Girls has taught girls ages 7-17 how to play music in an effort to build self-esteem through creation and performance. As a benefit concert for Rock Camp, the festival will also feature art work from Rock Camp campers and other musicians and artists of the Portland area. All proceeds raised from the festival will go to Rock ‘n’ Roll Camp for Girls.
FREE for Lewis & Clark students; $10 for the public (suggested donation)
