Rachel Orlansky, Student Support Services

Rachel is coming to meet with our department faculty and student tutors/graders to talk about issues and strategies when working with students with disabilities. This will be an informative session with a professional who is trained to help people better understand and accommodate learning disabilities at the college level. Rachel will give a short presentation followed by a Q&A session. Rachel has a wealth of knowledge and is a really great resource at the College.
Those of you planning to work as a tutor or grader in the future will find this event especially relevant, so I strongly encourage you to attend if your schedule permits.
