    Join award winning scientific illustrator and Lewis & Clark alumna, Nicolle Fuller ’99 for a two-part workshop. Nicolle will offer an overview of the broad subject areas and locations that she creates art for while she walks through the conceptual and technical processes of how she visualizes science using digital art.

    Please join us for the opening reception Monday March 19, 2018 at 3pm.  Pretzels will be served.  This exhibit, located above the water fountain on the main floor of Watzek Library, will provide both hydration and knowledge! 

    Waterfacts was developed by Ian Douglas, Computer Science, ’18 and supported by Watzek’s Digital Initiatives.  Special thanks to Alan Younis for technical advising. This project is a result of the Microcomputing Workshops hosted by Watzek in February 2017 with funding from the Library Ed-Tech Committee.

    Join Watzek Library and Lake Oswego Public Library for a screening of “Thin Ice: A Polar Bear’s Plight”, a year long chronicle by the Oregonian/OregonLive about Nora the polar bear.  Sunday, February 11 at 2 pm in the Council Chamber.
