Physicist Lisa Randall: Knocking on Heaven’s Door

Lisa Randall, acclaimed Harvard physicist and author, gives the keynote address for the 2012 Science Without Limits Symposium. Dr. Randall’s most recent book “Knocking on Heaven’s Door” not only explains the new explorations in physics and cosmology but also argues for the role of science in our lives and how it interfaces with the world.
In her address, Dr. Randall will describe the nature of scientific thinking, with emphasis on the roles of scale and creativity. She will also discuss how experiments today are expanding the frontiers of knowledge.
