Screening of “WALLED IN”
Impressive documentary about the history of the Wall, from its construction to its fall, concise, with historical images and witness account.
Wednesday, Nov. 16th, 5:30 pm, Field’s Dining Room
Dinner special: German’s favorite schnitzel
Friday, Nov. 18th, 2:30 - 4 pm
“Let the World know….”
Write a card with a personal note, a wish, your thoughts for a better world, freedom,…and let them fly high in the sky (helium balloons provided by German Club)
Saturday, Nov. 19th and Sunday, Nov. 20th, any time. Templeton Foyer
German Club is providing art supplies for students so they can leave creative statements on the Wall.
Monday, Nov. 21st, from 6 pm to 7:30 pm, Templeton Foyer

Berlin Wall Art Exhibit
1. Opening speech with Therese Augst, Assist. Professor of German
2. Art Contest (winner will receive $10 coupon for Fred Meyer’s)
3. Tearing down with students
4. German music, buffet, get-together
