Grant Hottle featured in Portland 2012 Biennial

Adjunct instructor of painting, Grant Hottle will be featured in Portland 2012 Biennial. The exhibit, “celebrates Oregon artists whose work is defining and advancing contemporary art. Curator Prudence F. Roberts, has selected 24 artists/teams who will present their work at five venues citywide. Roberts’ choices represent a broad range of contemporary media, from craft traditions to social practice, installation, photography, painting and film/video.” 

Grant’s painting Facing North, a 9 x 15 foot behemoth, will be included at Disjecta, opening March 10 from 6-10pm. The Disjecta portion of the Biennial will run through April 28th.
