Commencement Tickets

Weather permitting, Commencement will be held outdoors at Griswold Stadium. Because adequate seating is available at Griswold, no tickets are required for admission to Griswold Stadium.

Each graduating senior will receive an allocation of four (4) complimentary tickets for Pamplin Sports Center in the event of inclement weather. (General seating only). The numbers printed on the tickets indicate the total number of tickets, not a seat number.

The decision regarding ceremony venue is made as early in the Commencement Weekend as possible and communicated to graduating seniors via listserv as well as Commencement and College web sites.

Commencement tickets will be available at Commencement Countdown, March 19-20, 2013. If you cannot attend Commencement Countdown, please contact the Commencement Coordinator.

Graduates who are unable to attend Commencement Countdown may pick up their allotted tickets at the Office of the Vice President and Provost.

No additional tickets will be available beyond the allocation of four complimentary tickets per graduating senior. Tickets are not available for sale.  If the ceremony is held in Pamplin Sports Center, non-ticketed guests will be seated in Agnes Flanagan Chapel for the ceremony simulcast.  The ceremony will also be web cast live at no cost at the College’s main page.
