Mentoring Visiting and Adjunct Staff 

Department chairs and program heads are responsible for providing good, collegial mentoring and guidance for all teaching faculty.  Visitors or adjuncts may not spend long hours at the college, but we all function better if we integrate all teaching faculty into our community and our networks, making sure that visitors have the information and the access (both formal and informal) that they need to teach well.
