Oregon Consular Corps Scholarship

Oregon has had consular services for over a century, with consular representatives stationed in Portland, and having jurisdiction extending throughout the Western United States from Portland.  Honorary Consuls are resident United States citizens appointed by foreign countries as their representatives.  These appointments require the approval of the United States Department of State, and the rank, as chosen by the appointing country, may be Honorary Consul General, Honorary Consul, or Honorary Vice Consul. 

This scholarship is only for students majoring in International Affairs.
